The Vancouver Feminist Therapy Collective (VFTC) operates as a learning environment for the practice of Feminist-Narrative Therapy.
As a learning clinic with limited resources, there are several areas we are unable to work with at this time:
● Physical violence
● Active suicidal behaviour or ideation
● Having experiences that others are unable to witness, such as hallucinations and delusions

If you are experiencing any of the following problems, we encourage you to contact the Vancouver Crisis Line (604-872- 3311), your local emergency services, or 911 for support options.

Aligning with the values of intersectional feminism, our therapists approach clients with inquiries as opposed to assumptions, in order to facilitate narrative exploration. For us, this means de-centering power through a collaborative relationship where the client is the expert of their own experiences.
Through our commitment to Feminist-Narrative therapy, our practice is informed by an overall worldview that is attuned to social justice.
